DELIVERY AND RETURNS

UK DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being accepted.
We aim to have your order delivered, in the UK, within 7 working days.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change.

Please Note, we are unable to process and deliver orders made outside of the UK at present. Contact us at diana.stroh@btinternet.comfor further help and advice on overseas deliveries.

Delivery costs are based on standard Royal Mail postal service charges.

Furniture deliveries are charged individually. Please allow a delivery time of eight to ten weeks.


RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but accept there may be reasons why you will need to return an item.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were received by you.

Order cancellations must be made in writing by email, and goods must be unopened and unused, and in perfect condition, including packaging.

We can not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit and suggest you send the goods by recorded delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
