Placing an Order.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
If you are unhappy with any aspect, please contact us via e-mail or phone on 01473 216911.

A contract between us (Dreams and Wishes) and you (the customer) will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched.
At this point the buyers' credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel an order, once accepted, up to the point of despatch.
If you cancel before despatch payments will be returned in full within 30 days.

Returns

If not delighted with your order, you may return an item within 14 days of receipt.
We will be happy to offer an exchange, or where appropriate, a refund provided the products returned are complete, in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging.

Any returns remain your responsibility until received by us so please ensure they are packed and labelled appropriately.
